Psychotherapy

A supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface

How psychotherapy may help
  • Psychotherapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what may be happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

  • My approach is grounded within a humanistic model of therapy, whilst integrating a range of evidence-based approaches depending on individual need. This may include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-informed approaches, nervous system regulation work and trauma-informed interventions.
