My approach is grounded within a humanistic model of therapy, whilst integrating a range of evidence-based approaches depending on individual need. This may include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-informed approaches, nervous system regulation work and trauma-informed interventions.
